Not sure why there was a pause in between each guest other than sanitizing. Each desk agent would take a minute or two break then sanitize before calling the next guest which took a few minutes. Our view from our room was great and we enjoyed the floor to ceiling window.Ĭheck in was a bit slow which was a bit annoying since the line wasn't very long. The Encore did not disappoint the room size was great, I loved the mix of decor in the room the dark with light colors. I would highly recommend this resort for a higher end luxury type experience while still maintaining the fun factor.ĭecided to try out the Encore on our first night in Vegas. The staff always makes the difference between great and amazing experiences, and on my visit it was no different.
Staff was on hand 24 hours and anything needed was accommodated super quickly. Encore Tower Suites were beautiful, spacious, modern, and most importantly comfortable. again so much attention to detail, you will not ever feel unappreciated, but like a special guest. Steaks were delicious, tender and cooked perfectly. Fine dining can be pricey but my experiences here clearly justify it. I thought SW steakhouse was best although Jardin was amazing too. I think the training must be exceptional and that is a sign of a well managed property. Service throughout the property was excellent. Elegance is a good description and sets it apart from most other casinos on the strip. You can tell from the moment you enter that this casino operation pays a great attention to detail.
